  1. Hi,
    I sent an e-mail to cancel my subscription, and the money was still taken from my account, and when i called them two days later to ask why, i was then told someone will call me back, and nobody did. Today, Tuesday 19th Feb, i made two further calls to them, and was told told no e-mail was received, and when i asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, they would not give me a name, and that no refund will be available to me.
    When i asked to speak with Alexander King i was told he nolonger works for them, so i asked for whoever is now in charge of their customer services, and was told someone called Ali, and when i asked for his full name and e-mail address, i was told i cannot have his name, and he doesn’t have an e-mail address, so when i asked how can the head of customer service not have an e-mail address i was told there’s nothing they can do.
    Below is a copy of the sent e-mail.
    I hope you can advise on the next course of action please.
